Custom engrave your Nametag

Thank you for purchasing our nametag and contacting us to have it customised with your initials, name, number or special message.

You can either have it hand stamped, or engraved.

Hand stamp up to 9 characters (5mm) engraved in one or two lines (you can combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, or numbers).
Examples:  SATO Ken, or Ken Sato, or TEAM77, or Kikuchi 12345

For hand stamp requests, please add your request into the box below, and press 'save'. 

For laser engraving, please just send us an email to info@hickorygolf.shop with what you would like to have engraved.  If it is a logo or image then include a PDF copy.
